I took part in two more live readings in November: One for the lustrous Dublin Art Book Fair 2016, run by Temple Bar Gallery and Studios, the second at Fighting Words, as part of UNESCO Dublin City Of Literature. THANK YOU TO BOTH – you were kind and generous hosts.
I apologise in advance for gushing Academy-Award-winner-like, but how not to? It truly is an honour to be asked to take part alongside the marvellous Luke Healy, Alan Dunne, Elida Maiques, Katherine Foyle. And it is that exciting to be able to get more comfortable with this way of presenting our work. I read FAT CAT, again, and although it still makes me laugh, and was new to those audiences. it’s time to do something different, I reckon. We have more dates coming up in March and (possibly) April, so I must think about it. I could do the story I am working on for War Chest, or a chapter of Remorse.
